Phil is an experienced entrepreneur, founding one of the first websites for used car classifieds in 1995, Used Cars On-Line, and one of the most popular online budgets, BudgetSimple in 2006.

Throughout his career as a consultant for Vivisimo as well as the US Census Bureau, Phil has specialized in architecting complex systems for large corporations. Working with such clients as T. Rowe Price, The Boston Consulting Group and Danone, Phil has recommended and successfully deployed solutions with a focus on improving corporate productivity.

Shawn Wall

President & CTO

With over 10 years of experience in a variety of Pittsburgh technology startups including Vivisimo and BodyMedia, Shawn is a veteran of the dot com era. He is also a seasoned consultant with customers including Fidelity Investments, Kaiser Permanente, and Gartner.

While sharing both technical & business responsibilities with Phil, Shawn is the technical leader of Levlr, Inc, designing & architecting the Levlr Platform. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of subjects, from application & data architecture to usability & design.
